The main goal of Jack of Hearts Bistro is to provide Casual Fine Dining with Specialty Coffee and Catering services to residents, businesses, offices, caterers, educational institutions and non-profit organizations with the main focus on great food and drink. The corporation has three key components.
- The first phase and initially where the short-term focus is, will be on the restaurant and the development of a whole natural cuisine based Food Service Company.
- The second phase is in the consulting and marketing of quality specialty products with coffee and catering services.
