Yucatan Jack

This Yucatan style rendision is made with eggs on warm tortillas with black beans and cheese, ham, peas, oven baked plantains, and salsa picante. Jacks Oven Hash browns potatoes, fruit garnish.

This classic breakfast made with ham, peppers, onion and celery and whipped eggs baked, served with Jack’s Oven Hash Browns and fruit garnish.
