Cocolate while you sleep by ~ Jack!

Title: Slow Cooker Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

1 cup flour 130 gram
1/2 cup of sugar 70 gram
2 Tbl. Cocoa powder
2 Tsp. Baking powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 cup of milk 100 gram
2 cup. Vegetable oil
1 cup. Vanilla sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts 50 gram

3/4 cup of brown sugars 170 gram
1/4 cup of cocoa powder 40 gram
1 1/2 cups hot water 390 gram

Preparation: 15 minutes – cook: 2 hour 30 minutes -
cooling: 40 minutes

A rich hot Fudgesoße forms, while the cake bake.
1. Slow Cooker grease flour, sugar,
2 Baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl mix. Milk, oil and vanilla in-agitate, until everything is smooth. add nuts add the paste in the Slow Cooker evenly distribute.

2. Brown sugar, ¼ cup cocoa and hot water mix and pour the paste in the form .
3. Covers close and for 2 hours until 2 hours 30 minutes on very warm . Examine with a toothpickwhether the cake is done.
4. Slow Cooker is turned off, leave cake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes to stand , so that it cools down. For serving spoons you the warm cakes in dessert plates and you pour over it the “Schoko” sauce, which formed at the base of the form!

Take a two hour nap!

Chai tea made fresh with real ayurveda tea maybe? Soy, skim or whole milk!

I am making fresh muffins every morning, today’s were cranberry orange pecan and banana walnut oat, ready about 7am! Soup is on by 11am , Special too!

Goals of the coffee and food service

The main goal of Jack of Hearts Bistro is to provide Casual Fine Dining with Specialty Coffee and Catering services to residents, businesses, offices, caterers, educational institutions and non-profit organizations with the main focus on great food and drink. The corporation has three key components.

  • The first phase and initially where the short-term focus is, will be on the restaurant and the development of a whole natural cuisine based Food Service Company.
  • The second phase is in the consulting and marketing of quality specialty products with coffee and catering services. Specifically, providing international natural whole food cuisine services; office coffee equipment and supplies along with satisfying in-house food requirements such as restaurant services, dinner club members and special catering events.
  • The third phase of operations will be to market the Jack of Hearts Bistro products and services to enough nearby homes, offices and businesses in and around Calgary via Jack’s exclusive office coffee services, and clubs.  Jack has begun to scout secondary coffee shop locations in Calgary and continues to grow!
